Position Information

Pay: Competitive, project-based compensation. Rates are determined per evaluation, report, or service provided based on scope and complexity.

Hours: Flexible, part-time

Location: Primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-person meetings with families on the Eastside or in the greater Seattle area


Position Overview

Cascade Enrichment is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support students and families through assessments, consultation, and guidance related to learning differences and diverse educational needs. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful work outside of a traditional school district environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct educational and psychoeducational evaluations, as applicable
  • Prepare clear, thorough, and family-friendly reports
  • Interpret assessment data and explain results and recommendations to families
  • Consult with parents regarding learning needs, accommodations, and school support
  • Collaborate with Cascade Enrichment educators and staff to support student success
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical, professional, and legal standards
  • Participate in meetings with families (virtually or in person, as needed)

Qualifications

  • Active licensure as a Psychologist (required)
  • Experience in child psychology and working with school-aged children
  • Familiarity with standardized assessment tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate, professional approach to working with families
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs
