Casabella has been a trusted house cleaning service in Boulder, Colorado for more than 20 years. We are family owned and focused, and take great pride in the work we do for our clients.

We are looking for experienced house cleaners to lead teams of 2-3 people to clean homes in and around the Boulder/Longmont area. We are looking for people who have a special attention to detail, and are willing to help younger team members learn and grow.

Part-time and full-time positions are available.

BENEFITS

• All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided—no need to bring your own supplies.
• Competitive starting pay rate of $18.50 with opportunities for routine pay raises
• PTO: each full-time employee gets two full weeks (40 hours) of paid time off each year.
• Driving reimbursement of $0.80 average per mile (federal requirement is $0.67). This can be as much as $500 per month or more, depending on the mileage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a reliable vehicle for driving your team to and from the main office to residential properties around Boulder Country.
• Driver’s License
• Valid Insurance
• Must be bilingual with the ability to understand and speak in English
• Must live in/around the Boulder/Longmont area and be willing to meet at our main office each morning before heading out to clean homes.
