Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Psychometrician to join our growing practice. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced clinicians and gain hands-on experience delivering evaluation services across the lifespan (ages 3 to 90+), with a focus on adult and geriatric neuropsychological testing.

You will be responsible for administering and scoring standardized psychological and neuropsychological test batteries. For the right candidate, we are fully willing and able to train for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
  • Uphold the accuracy, standardized protocol, and integrity of all testing procedures.
  • Manage behavioral observation and build rapport with patients experiencing cognitive, neurological, or developmental challenges.
  • Maintain clear, accurate record-keeping and clinical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Criteria (Meet at least ONE of the following):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related health field
  • Master’s degree in a mental health profession
  • 1+ year of experience administering psychological or neuropsychological tests

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

  • Certified Specialist in Psychometry or equivalent psychometrist certification
  • Prior hands-on experience with standardized testing batteries
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
