What You'll Do
- Generate new personal lines business including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty policies
- Build relationships with prospects and referral partners
- Follow up on inbound leads and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work closely with our service team to create a world-class client experience
- Consistently hit and exceed production goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to work in person from our Kirkland office
- Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required)
- Washington Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
