We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical, psychological, and cognitive abilities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Help patients improve fine motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in [specific setting, e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, outpatient, inpatient] preferred
