About Carolina Grace Counseling: We have created a group mental health practice where each provider is a valued partner. Our therapists provide excellent therapeutic services to clients. They are highly trained in evidence based approaches and outcomes measures. Weekly meetings ensure input in the overall vision and direction of the practice. Our therapist have the opportunity to take on graduate students from USC, and hold lunch in learns for local business. We offer a structure approaches for adolescents and adults, where clients meet with the therapist and skills coaches. We also offer a structured and specialized approach for couples therapy. The structure of our practice continues to produce quality leads, and partnerships with local primary care physicians.

Qualifications:
- Fully licensed (or license eligible) LISW-CP, or psychologist (License required) in the state of South Carolina. Must have attended a fully accredited graduate school.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards while prioritizing client welfare and flourishing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Training and or certification in one or more evidenced-based treatments (such as DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, MI etc.)
At Carolina Grace Counseling you will:
- Provide therapeutic services to children/adolescents, couples, and/or individual adult clients
- Maintain an active caseload of clients (caseload to be negotiated prior to contracting )
- Conduct intake assessments
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Document all required treatment plans, progress notes, termination summaries, and other clinical documentation in our EHR system
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services
Please note:
- All therapists at Carolina Grace Counseling are 1099 contractors and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
- Also, please note that income estimates were calculated with the formula (session rate x clients per week x weeks worked per year). So the low end estimate was calculated as follows ($150 x 12 clients per week x 48 weeks worked). The high end estimate was calculated from ($150 x 24 clients per week x 48 weeks). Insurance reimbursement rates vary. An agreed upon rate per session will be negotiated at contracting. You can adjust the number of clients seen and the number of weeks worked to estimate your desired income.
