We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, diagnosing issues, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. You will ensure our customers' systems are running efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Inspect HVAC systems to identify malfunctions, wiring issues, or mechanical failures.Repair & Maintain: Perform preventative maintenance, replace filters, and repair/replace defective parts or components.

Installation: Safely install new HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, and associated equipment according to industry codes.Customer Service: Explain system diagnostics and repair options clearly to clients, providing accurate estimates and friendly service.Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, environmental regulations, and local building codes.Documentation: Keep accurate records of all service calls, parts used, and work completed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

3 or more years of proven field experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.Valid EPA Section [Number, e.g., 608] Certification for handling refrigerants.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
