Description

Partner Success & Outreach Manager

$47,000 - $52,000 | Full-time | Remote

Careit is a tech startup on a mission to end food waste. Our mobile and desktop apps connect restaurants, grocers, corporations, and food vendors with nonprofits that can put surplus food to good use, so great food feeds people instead of filling landfills.

We're a small team that moves fast and measures success in pounds of food rescued. Technology does the heavy lifting, but relationships make it all work. Behind every donation on our platform is a donor and a nonprofit counting on us to keep things simple, reliable, and even a little fun.

We're looking for a Partner Success & Outreach Manager who has worked inside the food recovery world, whether at a food bank, a food rescue organization, or a hunger-relief nonprofit, and knows firsthand what it takes to recruit food donors, onboard community partners, and keep donations moving.

You will be the face of Careit to the nonprofits, donors, and partners who rely on us every day. You'll own our help desk and customer service, work directly with our CEO, and grow the network that keeps surplus food out of landfills and on people's plates. If you've used Careit (or a platform like it) in the field and have ideas about how partner support should work, this is your chance to build it.

NOTE: This is a remote position. Working hours will be between 9 am and 5 pm PST.
