Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team.
  • Document and report any changes in client's condition.

Key Requirements and Competences:

  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must complete TB test

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred.
  • CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
