As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. Additionally, you will offer companionship, engage in meaningful activities, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Document and report any changes in client's condition.
Key Requirements and Competences:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing client needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must complete TB test
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred.
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
