Cardinal Psychotherapy is a well-established practice located in the Oakdale/Woodbury area, just east of downtown St. Paul. Currently, we are seeking talented and passionate clinicians to join our team. We welcome both fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians to apply. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic intakes, providing outpatient therapy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and maintaining thorough documentation.
We offer competitive compensation for our clinicians. Full-time clinicians have the potential to earn between 65,000 and 95,000 USD per year, working 32-40 hours per week. Part-time clinicians can expect to earn between 40,000 and 65,000 USD per year. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a range of benefits to support our clinicians in their work:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a licensed mental health professional, such as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or a pre-licensed clinician working towards full licensure. While it is preferred that candidates are already credentialed to accept insurance, we do offer free credentialing services to any employees who may need it. We are looking for clinicians who are comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including couples, adults, and minors. Additionally, candidates with specialized training or skills in modalities such as DBT, EMDR, EFT, IFS, or other advanced certificates are highly desired. Finally, we are particularly interested in licensed clinical supervisors who have a passion for supervising staff and supporting their professional development.
