Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' heating and cooling needs

- Possess a strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and industry trends

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

- Provide accurate and competitive price quotes for recommended solutions

- Negotiate contracts and close sales and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

- Provide excellence customer service and ensure satisfaction

- Identify potential customers and actively seek new business opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license
