General Maintenance Worker (GMW) performs general maintenance and repair of buildings
General Maintenance Worker (GMW) performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, landscaping and electrical work. Other duties include but are not limited to: cleaning out properties, moving and removal of furniture, gutter cleaning, landscaping and light snow removal. Worker must be able to use a variety of hand and power equipment, work on ladders, and possess a valid cell phone to document and relay job progress. Must be able to diligently work both independently and with a team to complete daily tasks.
Basic Qualifications
Able to lift and carry heavy items, work outside in all weathers conditions, able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must Possess a valid Drivers License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
