As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms

- High school diploma or equivalent
