Canterbury Press Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative (CSR) Atlanta, GA · Full time

Canterbury Press is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join our knowledge team. As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with both internal and external partners, including but not limited to our CEO, Production Manager, Account Executives, Operations, Customers, and Vendors, to ensure the successful completion and delivery of our customers’ projects. The position requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills across all aspects of the organization to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations. This position is a full-time salaried role.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Convert approved quotes into orders through our MIS system and ensure clear instructions are communicated to the production team.
  • Ensure efficient flow of communication between our sales and production teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within the expected scope.
  • Maintain communication with our customers as their projects move through our operation processes.
  • Place orders with and manage progress with external vendors/sub-suppliers.
  • Tracking the progress of current jobs to identify any potential issues.
  • Seek and implement opportunities to streamline our internal processes and enhance the efficiency of the Project Coordination team.
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Canterbury Press.


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums (e.g. email, telephone, face-to-face, etc.)
  • Effective time management capabilities, which include the ability to manage/prioritize multiple competing projects and requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure items are not missed and work can be performed efficiently.
  • Above-average computer skills to effectively navigate MIS and other computer-based systems.
  • Eager to learn new skills, processes, and systems.
  • Detail-oriented to track the progress of ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Reliable and trustworthy team member.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in any or multiple of the following areas:
  • Commercial Printing
  • Customer Service/Support
  • Manufacturing/Production Organization
  • Project Management
