This is an entry-level position available to full time candidates. The Territory Sales Representative's #1 goal is to add new accounts to Candor Industrial Supply's current customer base with the focus of driving sales growth in their respective branch/territory while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Applicants should be prepared to show an aptitude for business-to-business sales, strong customer and interpersonal relationships, customer service, etc. The Territory Sales Rep works hand-in-hand with Territory Sales Managers, Account Specialists, Sales Support personnel, and our Advertising & Marketing team to accomplish monthly and annual business growth goals.


Daily activities include - but are not limited to - daily sales calls to current and potential customers within a defined geographical territory, providing customer service including VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and similar services to a variety of businesses across our 7 key markets, deliveries and in-person calls in a company vehicle, coordinating quarterly business review and SWOT meetings, prospecting, product development, etc. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, sales and customer service oriented, and who is ready and willing to grow with us well into the future.



Compensation includes a competitive Base Salary plus Commission based on sales and gross profit growth.

> Possess a current valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements

> Excellent written and oral communication skills

> Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to understand business math, and a sense of urgency

> Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 10lbs-50lbs but can sometimes weigh up to 75lbs

> Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or similar (especially Excel) is a plus but not required

> Bilingual/multilingual is also a plus but not required
