The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving in‑person B2B sales growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on new account acquisition, customer relationship management, and exceptional service delivery to small and mid‑sized businesses. The Territory Sales Rep partners closely with branch leadership and internal support teams to expand market share, strengthen customer loyalty, and contribute to overall branch and company revenue goals.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and land new accounts through daily in‑person sales calls, outreach, and territory planning.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring consistent service, responsiveness, and follow‑through.
- Provide Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and related onsite services to maintain customer stock levels and operational efficiency.
- Create quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries, including operating a company vehicle for customer visits.
- Document all activities in the company CRM, including call notes, opportunities, follow‑ups, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with branch personnel to support customer needs, resolve issues, and execute growth initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings, competitive landscape, and customer applications.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift 5–50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Prior B2B sales or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive Base Salary plus Commission based on sales and gross profit growth.
