We are seeking a full-time (30-40 hours per week) Sales Support person to join our team. Sales Support personnel work hand-in-hand with the sales team, providing customer service, product deliveries, shipping & receiving, general warehouse activities, and more, to help meet monthly and annual business goals. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for promotion into other roles such as Branch Operations Manager, Account Specialist, Outside Sales, etc.

Responsibilities

> Receiving, Picking and packing orders to go out for delivery.

> Deliveries to customers in a Candor vehicle

> Shipping customer orders via UPS, FedEx, and LTL

> Warehouse organization, Inventory Counts, and other warehouse type duties.

> Help customers with inquiries and complaints

> Provide information about products and services.

> Document and update customer records based on interactions.

> Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the industrial products and services.

Requirements

> Ability to build rapport with clients.

> Ability to prioritize and multitask.

> Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a demanding environment.

> Positive and professional demeanor.

> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

> Sense of urgency and attention to detail.

> Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 10 to 50 pounds.

> Possess a current valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements.

> Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus.

> Previous experience in warehouse operations, customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus.
