Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team! The Sales Support Specialist works hand-in-hand with Branch Managers, Territory Sales Reps, Customer Solutions Specialists, and other branch personnel to help meet or exceed monthly and annual business goals by providing customers with product and service information and resolving concerns.
Responsibilities
> Pick and packing orders to go out for delivery
> Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Counts and other warehouse type duties
> Handle customer inquiries and complaints
> Provide information about the products and services
> Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
> Document and update customer records based on interactions
> Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirements
> Previous experience in warehouse operations, customer service, sales, or other related fields
> Ability to build rapport with clients
> Ability to prioritize and multitask
> Positive and professional demeanor
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Sense of urgency and attention to detail
> Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 10 to 50 pounds
> Possess a current valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements
> Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus
Salary
$16 - $20 per hour
