Overview

Full-Time B2B Sales & Account Management Growth-Focused Role

Candor Industrial Supply is seeking a driven, relationship‑oriented Key Account Representative to support and grow our medium and large B2B customers. This role blends customer service, outside sales, and hands‑on account management to ensure our key accounts receive exceptional support, reliable product availability, and proactive solutions that drive long‑term growth.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Support, and our Business Development Manager to strengthen customer relationships, expand product usage, and support operational excellence across your assigned accounts.


What You’ll Do

• Conduct daily sales calls and onsite visits with customers in key markets such as Manufacturing, Construction, and MRO

• Provide Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and related services to ensure customers have the right products at the right time

• Deliver products to customers using a Candor company vehicle when needed

• Support product development, process improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives within key accounts

• Coordinate with the BDM to prepare and participate in quarterly business review meetings

• Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, service improvements, and customer feedback

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customer contacts at multiple levels

• Collaborate with branch personnel to ensure seamless service, accurate order fulfillment, and timely communication


What You Bring

• A self‑directed, motivated approach to sales and customer service

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and comfort with basic business math

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or industrial distribution (a plus, but not required)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Microsoft 365 (a plus, but not required)

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (a plus, but not required)

• Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages typically ranging from 5–50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs

• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older


Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission based on sales and gross profit growth.
