Inside B2B Sales and Customer Account Management; eCommerce Sales; Order Fulfillment
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Coordinator’s role is focused on Inside B2B Sales, Order Processing, Shipping Coordination, Customer Communications, Lead Generation, and Sales Process Optimization. This person's goal is to drive overall company sales growth through developing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients, and e-commerce sales.
The Inside Sales Coordinator works hand-in-hand with the Business Development Team and will coordinate with branch sales personnel to help drive overall revenue growth for the company.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, sales and/or customer service oriented with the ability and drive to learn and grow with us well into the future. Applicants should be prepared to show an aptitude for business-to-business (B2B) sales/service, strong customer and interpersonal relationships, and customer service.
Compensation includes a competitive Base Salary plus Commission based on sales and gross profit growth.

$42,000 - $48,000 per year
