Overview

Full-Time B2B Sales & Account Management Growth-Focused Role

Candor Industrial Supply is seeking a driven, tech and data savvy Customer Success Specialist to support our growing business. This role is focused specifically on medium to large B2B customers. This role blends customer service, supplier follow up, data analysis, report analysis, teamwork, and strategic planning.


You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers, Regional Managers, Branch Sales Teams, and others to strengthen customer relationships, expand product usage, and support operational excellence across your assigned accounts and overall, for our company.


What You’ll Do

• Join a growing team of industrial supply professionals serving key markets like Manufacturing, Construction, and MRO.

• Analize reports and help optimize Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and related services to ensure customers have the right products at the right time

• Support product development, process improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives within key accounts

• Coordinate with the BDM to prepare and participate in quarterly business review meetings

• Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, service improvements, and customer feedback

• Collaborate with branch personnel to ensure seamless service, accurate order fulfillment, and timely communication


What You Bring

• A self‑directed, motivated approach to sales support and customer service

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and comfort with basic business math

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, goals, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or industrial distribution (a plus, but not required)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Microsoft 365 (a plus, but not required)

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities (a plus, but not required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older


Compensation

Negotiable and based on experience/expertise.
