The Customer Solutions Specialist is our go-to for new customer implementations and continuous improvement activities for strong B2B relationships.

Description

The primary role of the Customer Solutions Specialist is to participate in a variety of activities aimed at driving Customer-Satisfaction and Company-Growth. This may include working on projects in product development, strategic selling, customer walk-throughs, new customer implementations (5S, labeling services, etc.).


Customer Solutions team members work closely with our branch sales personnel and customers at their facilities to map their current supply chain and identify bottlenecks and sources of waste, such as inventory over-stock and stock-outs, over consumption, extra processing, and more.


Customer Solutions team members hold initial customer implementation meetings, develop timelines for implementation, perform cross-referencing & sourcing, work with customers and sales reps to establish min/max levels for all inventory, and assist in the long term on continuous improvement.


The goal is to help current and future customers create and maintain product flow and work environment that embody our company tagline - Sorted, Set, Standardized & Sustained - which is a tribute to the principles of 5S. This may be accomplished through a variety of inventory management solutions, such as VMI+ Bin Stock, Industrial Vending, Sourcing, our QR/Barcode Scanner with cloud-based software, VMI+ Onsite, or another solution.


Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive Base Salary with the possibility of Commission/Bonuses based on company growth.

Requirements

> 18 years of age or older

> Possess a current valid driver's license and meet our driving record requirements

> Excellent written and oral communication skills

> Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to understand business math, and a sense of urgency

> Ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 10lbs-50lbs but can sometimes weigh up to 75lbs

> Experience with Microsoft Office 365 or similar (especially Excel) is a plus but not required

> Bilingual/multilingual is also a plus but not required

Salary

$42,000 - $84,000 per year
