We are seeking applicants for our Team Lead - Closing Supervisor position

As a Team Lead - Closing Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping Candeeland Chandler running smoothly, delighting our guests and maintaining a clean and well-managed space. You’ll:

• Lead, coordinate, and train a team of amazing staff members, specifically during the evening and closing hours of normal business operation
• Support in hosting parties and events that create unforgettable memories
• Foster a positive, energetic team culture that motivates the team and brings joy to everyone who walks through our doors

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience leading a team or managing a retail or entertainment venue
• Retail &/or cafe experience managing end-of-shift cash register count and documentation
• Strong organizational skills and natural leadership ability
• Passion for creating a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike
• Previous experience working with children is a bonus
• Either Part-Time or Full-Time employee
