About Candeeland Chandler
Candeeland is a new Family Entertainment Center for the modern era. Truly the
ultimate indoor playground- our park is bright, colorful, CLEAN, and filled with fun! With
an emphasis on movement and inspiring creativity, we provide an engaging experience
that gives children and toddlers the opportunity to explore, make friends, burn off
energy, and have fun. Kids and parents will also be able to refuel with a variety of food
& beverage options in our Play Café or enjoy a Sweet Treat from the Candy Shop.

As parents of young children, we recognize the need for a clean, safe, & well-run indoor play space in the “Valley of the Sun”. We appreciate an indoor destination where parents can relax, enjoy a meal with some healthier options, and even an adult beverage while their children can play safely in a cool & fun environment during our long, hot summers.

Candeeland is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Party Specialist to deliver exceptional birthday party experiences from initial inquiry through event execution. This role blends hospitality, sales, organization, and high-energy guest service to create memorable celebrations for families.
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Weekend Focus)
Compensation: $15.15/hour + Party Tips + Sales Incentives
What You’ll Do
- Respond to party inquiries and convert bookings into confirmed events
- Upsell party packages, add-ons, and enhancements
- Maintain organized party calendars, records, and follow-ups
- Coordinate all pre-party logistics including guest counts, food orders, and setup
- Prepare detailed execution plans to ensure seamless events
- Greet and host party families, leading timelines and transitions
- Manage food service, room flow, and overall guest experience
- Maintain clean, organized party rooms and shared spaces
- Resolve guest needs quickly and professionally
- Ensure smooth transitions between events
- Identify and report facility or equipment issues to management
Salary
$15.15 - $16.15 per hour
