Camellia's Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aids in Florence, SC. As a Personal Care Aid, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential care and support to help them thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

**Job Overview:**

As a Personal Care Aid, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their physical and emotional well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care assistance to clients in accordance with their individual care plans

- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Reliable and trustworthy

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary Range:**

$12 to $15.50 per hour
