Position Summary:

The Tree Care Technician assists with tree pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a basic understanding of arboricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tree removals, pruning, and structural trimming
• Operate chainsaws, pole saws, ropes, and rigging equipment
• Load, chip, and dispose of tree debris
• Safely work around structures, power lines, and roadways
• Support the crew in aerial tasks and ground operations
• Follow safety protocols and job site procedures

Requirements:

• Prior tree care or landscaping experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights or using harnesses (training provided)
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
