About Calliope Coast Therapy Group

At Calliope Coast Therapy Group, we believe therapy works best when it's real and raw. We are not interested in scripts, quick fixes, or sterile spaces where nothing can grow. Instead, we show up fully present and bring honesty, compassion, and courage into the room. Our therapists are committed to doing their own work and holding each other accountable. We balance skill and training with authenticity and uniqueness, offering a space where grief, laughter, curiosity, and repair are all welcome.

We work with individuals, couples, and families to explore the messy and meaningful parts of life, including relationships, sex and intimacy, body image, trauma, substance use, and the challenges of anxiety and depression. Our therapists are not only highly skilled but also genuinely excited to support you in this work. Our approach is collaborative and grounded in real tools that support change. We bring in somatic practices to support safety in body, storytelling to help clients find meaning in past experiences, and trauma-informed, attachment-based work to rebuild trust with self and others.
