Job Requirements:
- Previous phone-based customer service experience;
- Stable and dependable high-speed internet connection and computer;
- A willingness to learn, grow, ad accept coaching and feedback;
- A commitment to helping upkeep an environment of positivity and acceptance;
- The ability to balance a fast-paced task load while maintaining the highest standards of care, support, professionalism, and empathy;
- Previous beauty industry experience preferred but not required;
- Based in Toronto, Colorado, or New Jersey.
