As a Veterinary and Kennel Assistant at Cactus Pet Hospital LLC, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners. **Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments

- Prepare treatment and exam rooms

- Assist with filling medications and preparing up drugs, including vaccines

- Animal handling when needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospital and equipment

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals

- Ability to lift and restrain animals when necessary
