Cache Interactive is seeking a Web Designer to join our LA-based boutique design agency. As a web designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and user-friendly websites for our clients across various industries. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and sales teams to bring concepts to life and create impactful designs that resonate with each client's target audience. Your keen attention to detail and creativity will be essential in producing designs that effectively convey each client's brand message and drive engagement. Your expertise in web design will be instrumental in shaping the online presence of our clients and helping them achieve their business goals.

This is a part-time role, with the potential to become a full-time job for candidates who align well with our team’s needs. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we encourage all interested designers to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital assets including responsive, ADA-compliant website mockups, branding assets, and interactive website components.
- Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to understand project scope and goals.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Ensure that all designs meet CACHE standards and align with project briefs and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our work.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or freelance setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing website design that is bold, innovative, and fun.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Figma.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to present design ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with web development.

Salary
$18 - $35 per hour
