The Sales Representative – Level 2 will help grow C.M. Products by building customer relationships, following up on leads and estimates, re-engaging past customers, and finding new sales opportunities. You do not need conveyor-product experience on day one. You do need to be curious, coachable, persistent, organized, and willing to learn. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Support, and internal team members to help customers find the right solutions and keep opportunities moving forward.

C.M. Products is a family-owned manufacturing and distribution company serving the conveying and material-handling industries. We help manufacturers, food processors, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and other product-handling companies solve practical problems with conveyor belt tools and materials, roller covers, scrapers, safety products, and custom solutions.

You enjoy talking with customers, building relationships, and solving problems. You are comfortable making outbound calls, managing several opportunities, and following through without being pushy.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or business development is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, and learning technical products and applications.

This full-time position is based in St. Peters, Missouri, with hybrid flexibility depending on business needs. Work may include office and remote work, phone and video meetings, and occasional customer visits or trade shows. Regular use of a computer, phone, email, CRM system, spreadsheets, and sales tools is required.
