Overview

The Facility Steward plays a key role in maintaining the quality and feel of the BVO experience. This role is responsible for keeping all spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready—supporting both behind-the-scenes operations and public areas. Your work helps ensure every guest steps into an environment that feels intentional, immersive, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across all guest-facing and back-of-house areas
• Monitor and service restrooms regularly
• Empty trash and manage waste throughout the day
• Spot-clean high-touch areas and maintain overall presentation
• Respond quickly to spills or immediate cleaning needs
• Support light setup/reset between high-traffic periods
• Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the team
