What You’ll Do

You will be the operational heartbeat of the space—tracking, entering, and managing what’s happening as things move quickly. This role requires a unique blend of digital precision and physical presence.

• Calendar Command: You will own Jee Vahn Knight’s calendar, managing complex scheduling with precision and ensuring their time is protected and prioritized for high-leverage activities.
• Strategic Anticipation: You don't just manage the schedule; you look at the week ahead, spot potential friction, and prep necessary briefings or materials before they are even requested.
• The "Second Brain": You’ll attend key meetings, capture the "so-what," and drive the follow-up tasks so nothing hits a dead end.
• Agile Problem Solving: You can look things up, pivot, and find solutions on the fly without breaking a sweat.
• Tech & Data Mastery: You’re fast with technology (faster than Jee) and data entry efficiency is your middle name.
• Hyper-Organization: You are detail-focused to a fault. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• Real-Time Coordination: You aren't afraid to move. You’ll be physically moving between spaces and keeping up with the action in real-time.
