Overview

The Entry Guide is the first and final point of contact for guests at BVO. This role manages check-in, ticket sales, and guest flow—welcoming visitors into the experience and guiding them as they exit. You help set the tone on arrival and ensure a smooth, positive close to each guest’s journey through the River of Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming, confident presence upon arrival
• Manage check-in: scan tickets, confirm waivers, and verify entry times
• Sell tickets on-site and assist with basic purchase questions
• Communicate timing, group flow, and entry expectations clearly
• Maintain organized lines and efficient guest movement
• Support guest exit flow, helping transition guests out of the experience smoothly
• Answer questions and direct guests as needed
• Coordinate with internal team to keep entry and exit running seamlessly
