Overview

The Experience Guide moves throughout BVO, supporting guests inside the environment while maintaining awareness of the space. This role blends guest interaction, light in-world presence, and operational awareness—helping guests navigate, stay safe, and remain engaged without breaking the experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Move throughout the space, maintaining active awareness of guests and environment
• Interact with guests in a natural, in-world tone while offering guidance when needed
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and respect for the space
• Gently redirect or assist guests as needed without disrupting immersion
• Answer questions and support guest understanding of the experience
• Communicate with team regarding flow, capacity, or any issues
• Help maintain overall order, energy, and presence within the environment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational protocols as outlined in training 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills and situational awareness
• Comfortable being “on” and engaging with guests
• Ability to balance friendliness with authority when needed
• Observant, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Interest in immersive environments, storytelling, or performance is a plus

Work Style

• Present, aware, and adaptable
• Confident but not overbearing
• Able to shift between in-world engagement and real-world communication when needed

Schedule

Flexible, including weekends, peak hours, and events
