We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a professional with strong driving skills, familiarity with warehouse operations, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving equipment. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our logistics operations.
Description
Duties:
-Must be willing to work over the road
- Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Transport goods and products to designated locations
- Verify the accuracy of delivery contents and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating vehicles
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Experience driving box trucks, tractor-trailers, or vans
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items
-2 years of 26 Feet Box Truck Experience
