Buttercup Personal Care Agency is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers/Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in their homes. This role is essential in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while receiving personalized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Dressing and toileting
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Provide homemaker and support services:
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general cleaning)
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders (no administration)
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor
• Follow individualized care/service plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and clean home environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred (but not required)
• Willingness to complete required Indiana training (if applicable)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
