What You'll Do

Production & Quality Support

• Help carry out daily production plans and keep work on schedule
• Perform quality checks on weight, appearance, packaging, and labeling — and hold or flag anything that doesn't meet standard
• Watch for safety, sanitation, or equipment issues and help resolve them before they become bigger problems

Orders & Logistics

• Verify outgoing corporate and franchise orders for accuracy — product, quantity, packaging — before they go out the door
• Make sure dough and supply shipments are packed accurately and completely before they leave the facility
• Help stage finished product and coordinate with delivery
• Track inventory of ingredients, packaging, and supplies and flag shortages early

Team & Shift Accountability

• Give day-to-day direction to production team members on tasks and priorities
• Review open items from the prior shift and sign off on your own shift before you leave
• Support onboarding and training of new production team members
• Serve as a point of contact on the floor when the Production Manager is stepping away

Cleanliness & Compliance

• Help keep production, storage, and shipping areas clean and audit-ready
• Follow and reinforce food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in food production, commercial baking, food manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, or hospitality operations
• Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort speaking up when something's off
• Ability to stay level-headed and organized under pressure
• Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a lead or shift leadership role
• Background in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with quality control, inventory, or order fulfillment

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Indoor commercial bakery and production setting with varying temperatures from ovens, refrigeration, and freezer storage. This role involves extended periods of standing, walking, and bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
