This role is designed for candidates who are serious about a career in public accounting and want to accelerate their development. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in tax, accounting, and advisory work while working alongside a team committed to high-quality client service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Support accounting functions including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

·      Assist in preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

·      Work directly with team members on active client engagements and deadlines.

·      Analyze financial data and assist in identifying discrepancies or issues.

·      Organize and maintain client documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

·      Support internal operations and process improvements as needed.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

·      Actively pursuing a degree in accounting.

·      Strong technical foundation in accounting principles.

·      Excellent communication skills and professional presence.

·      Proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks experience is a plus.

·      Intent to pursue CPA licensure.
