Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing call center team. This role handles both inbound customer inquiries and outbound cold calls to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers, answer product or service inquiries, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential and existing customers.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, strategies, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Commission Based
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance
