Job Summary:
We seek a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the customers' first point of contact, providing timely and practical support to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and courteously.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved, and they are satisfied.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus) is required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and customer service software.
Schedule & Compensation:
- You create your schedule based on the availability of hours
- $.25 per minute of talk time/performance-based bonuses available
Salary
$12 - $15 per hour
