Required Qualifications:

• TS.SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required.
• BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience
• Proficiency in Oracle, Weblogic, SQL, MySQL, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, Java, JSF, Swing, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular.
• Knowledge of software design patterns.
• Experience with an issue/problem tracking system (e.g., Jira)
• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with standard Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with DevOps frameworks

Optional Qualifications:

• AWS application development using services such as SNS, SQS, SES, SWF, Lambda, and S3
• Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts to contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
• Additionally, familiarity with any of the following is highly desirable: Jira, Confluence.
