This position will join our team at our Chantilly location. The work will be performed on a contract as a member of a large, highly productive team and contribute to building and supporting systems used to automate the customers manual processes.

• Participate on an Agile team in the planning, design, development, and support of ServiceNow applications.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand functional requirements.
• Design, develop, unit test, debug, document, and maintain program code.
• Support formal testing before code is deployed to production.
• Be expected to articulate ideas and communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts, task status, unit test results, and issues.

Required Qualifications:

• TS.SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph required
• Demonstrated experience using task tracking and version control tools, such as GitHub and JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience using task tracking and version control tools, such as GitHub and JIRA.
• Demonstrated experience with software testing, to include meeting accessibility requirements and 508-compliance.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing web-based applications.
• Demonstrated experience debugging websites and making recommendations regarding proposed changes.
• Demonstrated hands-on software development experience within the last 2 years
• Demonstrated experience developing code that utilizes existing databases via authenticated APIs
• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing Angular user interfaces
• Demonstrated experience with JavaScript or typescript
• Possess a TS/SCI with FS Polygraph

‍Optional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years JavaScript experience
• Experience with GIT source control
