BCBA / BCaBA – Behavioral Consultant & Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Contractor (1099) | Hourly or Monthly Retainer | School-Based & Remote Support

Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer or hourly rate based on consultation services provision (average $275–$400 per BT/month)


About the Role

Burgio Educational Consulting Services (BECS) is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to provide professional supervision, consultation, and behavioral support across our partner school districts. This role focuses on guiding CBTs/RBTs through high-quality supervision, ensuring clinical compliance, and supporting positive student outcomes through research-based behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to CBTs and RBTs in school-based settings
  • Conduct behavioral observations, data review, and feedback sessions
  • Oversee case documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and BECS standards
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and BECS leadership to support effective behavioral practices
  • Option to conduct FBAs, develop or update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide additional consultation as needed


Compensation Structure

BECS offers flexible contract models based on supervision load and scope of work:

  • Monthly Retainer Model: Typically $275–$400 per BT/month (includes supervision, compliance, and consultation time)
  • Hourly Consultation: Available for FBAs, BIPs, and other contracted services
  • Rates vary based on caseload size and service complexity.


Qualifications

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (in good standing)
  • Experience supervising RBTs/CBTs or delivering behavioral services in school or clinic settings
  • Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practice

Note: This is a 1099 contract position with potential to transition into a salaried role as the BECS supervision program expands. Please also note: The term “remote” refers to variable work locations across multiple counties rather than a work-from-home position. Specific cities and worksites are determined during the interview and placement process. Our services currently extend throughout the greater Puget Sound region, including Pierce, King, Snohomish, Skagit, Thurston, Lewis, Chelan, and Douglas Counties.
