
The BCBA/BCaBA provides supervision, consultation, and behavioral support services for BECS staff and partner school districts. This role focuses on guiding RBTs/CBTs, conducting assessments, and developing effective behavior plans to support student success and professional growth.

Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer or hourly rate based on consultation services provision (average $275–$400 per BT/month)
About the Role
Burgio Educational Consulting Services (BECS) is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to provide professional supervision, consultation, and behavioral support across our partner school districts. This role focuses on guiding CBTs/RBTs through high-quality supervision, ensuring clinical compliance, and supporting positive student outcomes through research-based behavioral interventions.

Note: This is a 1099 contract position with potential to transition into a salaried role as the BECS supervision program expands. Please also note: The term “remote” refers to variable work locations across multiple counties rather than a work-from-home position. Specific cities and worksites are determined during the interview and placement process. Our services currently extend throughout the greater Puget Sound region, including Pierce, King, Snohomish, Skagit, Thurston, Lewis, Chelan, and Douglas Counties.
