Building Hope Counseling Services focuses on bringing trauma therapy to clients in Massachusetts through comprehensive telehealth treatment. Our private practice seeks to help our community heal from negative and stressful life events.

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and couples. You will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic techniques to address their specific needs. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning more about various trauma treatments and working with this specific population.

As a therapist with Building Hope, you will be able to find your niche, as many different types of populations experience trauma, including childhood or attachment trauma, substance abusers, veterans, end of life, and more!

Duties:

- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions

- Provide crisis intervention services as needed

Experience:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

- Valid state licensure in Massachusetts as a Therapist or Counselor (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, etc)

- Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
