Description
- Must carry active LPN or RN license with no restrictions on registry
- FULLY VACCINATED COVID CARD **REQUIRED**
- You must have a current Negative PPD within the last 12 months or Chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- BLS Certification within the last 2 years
- Workplace physical (no restrictions allowed)
- Must have reliable transportation
- 6+months of Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
- Clean Criminal Background
- Able to pass Drug Screen
This is NOT a Home Health position.
