Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have your own vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have experience in cleaning
