Brown Bear – ABA Therapy for Autism is a growing provider of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults with autism. As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, collecting session data, completing timely documentation, communicating professionally with supervisors and families, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment.

RBT certification is preferred but not required. Candidates hired as Behavior Technicians must be willing to complete the required RBT training and certification process. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, energetic, comfortable working with children, and passionate about making a positive difference.
