We are a newly established beauty studio seeking a talented and experienced Lash Artist to become part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of eyelash extension theory, eye health, sanitation protocols, precise application techniques, styling, and aftercare practices.

Additional skills such as brow lamination, lash lifts, and brow tinting are a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and client care
• Perform Classic and Volume eyelash extensions with precision and artistry
• Recommend products and services based on client needs
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment
• Collaborate with team members in a positive and supportive manner
• Promote your services in partnership with Brow and Beauty Ink

Requirements:

• Valid state esthetician or cosmetologist license
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Classic and Volume lash applications
• Established client base
• Self-motivated with a willingness to grow alongside our studio
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Pay is based on each appointment booked.
